Sarah is our longest serving member of staff and is also the most valued member of our team because she does EVERYTHING!!!! Sarah is our restaurant manager and is also married to our head doorman so our advice is to tip well!!!

Robert Clarke -Manager
has been a part of the Champs team for coming on 7 years in different roles and now is the newest member of the management team .

Jack Hepworth - Assistant Manager

After a failed attempt at studying in Sheffield, Jack has joined the Champs team to follow his love for quality drinks and great food.

Thomas Andersson

Thomas has been a member of our team since the very beginning. He hails from Sweden and is an extremely qualified and experienced chef. Thomas counts working as the personal chef for the Swedish ambassador as one of his many career highlights.
